While the company didn’t disclose the population of its user base, there’s no denying that Maya is one of the biggest e-wallet services in the country.

There are several ways you can reach Maya’s customer service for different services they offer: via hotline, toll-free, mobile, email, app, and through the website. You can see them all below.

How to contact Maya via mobile app
You can also reach Maya through the actual app. Just go to Settings, scroll down, and tap “Chat with us”.
You’d be greeted with a chatbot, which will give you comprehensive options to help figure out and answer your concerns. If you’re not satisfied, it will create a ticket and a customer representative will get back to you to further handle your situation.
Using this method is not that helpful if you want to talk to a representative right away. But if you’re in a hurry, the self-help options can be really useful as well.
Step 1: Open the Maya app and click the Settings icon.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap Chat with Us.

Step 3: Start talking to the chatbot by choosing from the comprehensive options provided, which will help the system figure out and address your problem.

Get help from Maya via Facebook
There’s a Maya Cares Facebook page that is used to cater to customer concerns. However, as per their last post on March 1, the page is no longer active. They then posted a guide on how you can reach them through the app (see above) in case you have complaints.
Contact Maya via Twitter
Unlike Facebook, the company’s official support page, Maya Cares, is not present on Twitter. The official Maya Twitter page also doesn’t have a personal message option.
