The HUAWEI FreeBuds SE 2 has been announced and made its way to the Philippines, which offers a solid set of basic features for under Php2,000.
For the price, you can’t expect any fancy features like ANC, ultra-low-latency transmission, wireless charging, Hi-Res certification, etc. However, the HUAWEI FreeBuds SE 2 did nail the basic features that it has, especially in the battery department.
The FreeBuds SE 2 can last for up to 40 hours on a single charge with the charging case. Each bud can last for up to 9 hours of continuous listening and 3 hours with a quick 10-minute charge.
It also has a light and comfortable design at only 3.8g for each earbud, while still providing a snug fit. The body is also IP54 dust and splash-resistant which can withstand sweats when working out or if you get caught in the rain.
Another key feature that TWS earphones have is connectivity. With the FreeBuds SE 2, you’re getting the very capable Bluetooth 5.3 that provides a fast and reliable connection with great audio-video sync.
It also pairs fast on your devices, with a special animation if paired with other HUAWEI devices.
Each stem is touch-sensitive so you can tap them to play/pause music, answer/end calls, or toggle the previous/next track. You can further customize the gestures, adjust EQs, and check battery levels using the HUAWEI AI Life app.
The HUAWEI FreeBuds SE 2 has a price of Php1,599 and is now available in online and offline stores in the Philippines.
