Step 2: Write your email address
Step 3: Write a subject for your concern
Step 4: Describe your problem
Step 5: Write your In-Game Name
Step 6: Log in to https://marketplace.axieinfinity.com/. Click “Copy to clipboard” your ronin address and paste it on the form
Step 7: You can attach a screenshot or a video of your problem but this is optional
